Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), through its business platform under the tanjakovac brand. The company is headquartered at Ulica Narcisa 28, 10360 Sesvete, Croatia, and operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. By using the platform and accessing the services offered by GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o., users agree to the terms and conditions described in this document. All terms used herein have specific meanings, and all activities—including appointment booking, service payments, and access to consultations—are governed by applicable Croatian laws, including but not limited to the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
In these Terms, the term “user” refers to any natural or legal person who uses the services of GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. through the mentioned platform, while “Service Provider” refers to GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o., which delivers services to the users. These Terms of Business apply to all services, including but not limited to, online consultations, advisory sessions, workshops, and other digital services delivered through the Microsoft Teams platform or similar digital tools.
By accessing this platform or conducting any transaction through it, users confirm that they are familiar with these Terms and accept them. The Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union and are legally binding for all parties involved in the business relationship.
Scope of Services
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. provides online consultations and advisory services via various video conferencing platforms. All meetings are scheduled in advance through an online booking system (e.g., Calendly) and are paid for via the Stripe payment platform. Each consultation is based on the user’s previously defined needs and goals, with full transparency regarding pricing and service terms. Meeting recordings may be stored for the purpose of tracking progress and capturing key discussion points, but only with the user’s explicit prior consent for recording.
Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection to prevent technical issues during consultations.
The services include consultations, advisory sessions, workshops, and other related digital services, conducted through Microsoft Teams. All meeting recordings are encrypted, and access to this data is limited to authorized personnel within GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. Meetings may be recorded (audio and video) for internal record-keeping and service quality improvement. Recordings are the property of GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o., which retains the copyright for their use.
If recordings are to be used for marketing purposes or shared on social media, users will be contacted in advance to request their additional consent. The company reserves the right to archive recordings and use them for non-commercial purposes. If a user withdraws consent for further use of recordings, the materials will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
Booking and Payment
Users can book an appointment via our online booking system (Calendly), and payment is made in advance and in full via the Stripe online payment platform. Stripe ensures secure transactions and accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods.
All costs related to the selected services will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. Upon successful payment, the user receives a confirmation email with a link to schedule their first session. An automatic email with a purchase confirmation and invoice is sent immediately, followed by a second email within 24 hours containing the booking link for the first session.
After booking a session, the user will receive an email with the session details and Microsoft Teams access link.
Please note: Payment is considered confirmation of the booking, and a session is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed.
If users need to reschedule a session, they can contact us at tanja@tanjakovac.com, and a new appointment will be offered based on availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital services, users are entitled to a refund only if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively via email to tanja@tanjakovac.com. If the request is submitted within the required time frame, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
The user attended and received the service during the scheduled session.
The user was unable to attend due to technical issues on their side (e.g., internet connection problems).
Delays of more than 15 minutes are considered a cancellation, and users will not be entitled to a refund.
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. may offer to reschedule the session in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, provided that appropriate documentation is submitted.
Note: If a session is cancelled by us, users will be offered either a new session or a full refund.
Technical Support
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. provides technical support to users via email and other communication channels. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and suitable technical conditions to participate in online consultations.
Legal Framework
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, including the Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, digital services and products delivered immediately after payment are not eligible for a refund once fully performed.
These Terms are fully aligned with Croatian legislation, as well as applicable European Union laws. Users outside of Croatia are also protected under relevant international consumer protection laws.
In the event of any disputes related to business activities, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
Recording and Use of Data
All meetings conducted via video platforms such as Microsoft Teams will be stored and used solely for the purpose of tracking progress and improving future consultations. Users have the right to request deletion of any recordings at any time, as well as the right to access their stored data.
Recordings will not be used for commercial purposes unless the user provides explicit consent. All recordings remain the property of GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o., and any use of such content for marketing purposes will be done only with prior user approval. Use of recordings for internal purposes or legal obligations does not require additional consent.
Intellectual Property
All materials — including but not limited to text, images, graphic designs, logos, videos, audio recordings, software, and any other content available on our platform — are the intellectual property of GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. or licensed third parties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use of this content without prior written consent from GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. is strictly prohibited.
By using the platform, the user does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the materials or content, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
All materials, recordings, reports, and other outputs created during consultations and services provided by GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. remain the intellectual property of the company. Users are not permitted to use these materials for commercial purposes or to distribute them without prior written permission.
Users are allowed to use the materials for their own personal reference and progress tracking, provided that the materials are not modified, reproduced, or shared without express approval.
User Responsibility
By booking an appointment and making a payment, the user confirms that they understand the nature of the digital services and that all information provided during registration is accurate. The user agrees to comply with the code of conduct during consultations. Any misuse of the system or violation of the rights of other participants may result in the cancellation of the service without a refund.
Users are responsible for adhering to all rules of conduct during consultations, including but not limited to avoiding offensive language, inappropriate behavior, and disruption of the professional environment. Additionally, users are responsible for the accuracy of their data when booking appointments and accessing services, including meeting the technical requirements necessary for a successful session.
Disclaimer of Liability
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. does not accept responsibility for any technical difficulties that may occur during consulting services, including but not limited to internet connection problems or platform malfunctions. Furthermore, the company is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of our consulting services, except where caused by our own negligence or breach of contract.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order and for the practical application of the advice and information received. The success of consulting services depends on many external factors beyond the control of the service provider.
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. advises users to ensure a stable internet connection and to use updated devices and software to minimize technical issues during consultations.
The company is not liable for damages resulting from accidents or failure to meet service conditions due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances.
User Rights
Users have the right to access their personal data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, or restrict its use in accordance with the GDPR. All such rights can be exercised by contacting us via email or through the contact form on our website.
International Cooperation
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. facilitates collaboration with clients and partners worldwide by providing digital services, consulting, and advisory sessions globally. Our platform is designed for international users, enabling easy access to our services through Microsoft Teams and other digital tools.
All services we provide comply with international legislation, including European Union regulations and other relevant consumer protection laws. For international cooperation, GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. may offer specific terms tailored to the needs of clients outside the Republic of Croatia.
All users, regardless of location, have access to our services with a high standard of quality and security. Users outside Croatia are also entitled to appropriate legal protections according to the laws of their home countries as well as European Union regulations, in case of complaints or requests related to our services.
Furthermore, for users outside the European Union, GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. strives to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, international data transfer regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.

Jurisdiction and Legal Authority

Clients have the right to file complaints regarding the services provided via email, mail, or phone using the contact details specified in these Terms. All complaints will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia, including the Consumer Protection Act.
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. commits to respond to complaints within 15 days of receipt. If the user is not satisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the matter to competent authorities or courts in the Republic of Croatia.
Termination of Agreement
GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. reserves the right to terminate the service agreement in the following cases:
User’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or ordering.
Misuse of the platform or services, including illegal activities or violations of intellectual property rights.
Non-payment for services despite prior notices.
Using the services for unlawful or unethical activities.
Failure to follow instructions or guidelines provided by GLASSNEGG DEVELOPMENT d.o.o. regarding the services.
In the event of termination, the user will not be entitled to a refund for services already performed.
Validity and Amendments of Terms
